OUR PHILOSOPHY
As architects, we have a responsibility to positively shape the built environment we create for our clients, but more importantly, for future generations.
Every site is unique, and we believe a building performs best when the design responds cohesively with its surrounding environment.
We offer considered designs, with a focus on sustainability and sensitivity to existing site conditions.
Bigger is not necessarily better. We support a minimal footprint to suit your functional needs and budget, and have significant experience and understanding of the need for innovative thinking on housing and urban infill solutions.
We are proud advocates of the Tiny House Movement, Tiny House on Wheels (THOW) and adaptive re-use of spaces.
OUR DIRECTOR - IRINA DESLANDES

Irina completed her Masters of Architecture at the University of South Australia in 2011.
She has since been working in the architectural industry, working both interstate in Perth, as well as in Shanghai, China.
She became a registered architect in 2015 with the Architectural Practice Board of South Australia.
Her experience includes Government, Commercial, Healthcare, Education,
Aged Care and Residential projects.
