The interior opens out via bi-folding doors to a deck with a large outdoor bath, and glorious views.

 

Upstairs is the master bedroom loft has the best views of Victor Harbor.

Incorporating passive design principles for solar control and natural air flow, the house is also built out of Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) for thermal comfort all-year-round. 
Solar panels, rainwater harvesting and a worm farm septic system have been incorporated for maximum sustainability.

This little dwelling is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
